event - maybe somewhere near the Rosegarden stand that I believe is going to

Isle of Wight, but Birmingham is much easier to get to for most people in the
UK.
Not for me :( Getting to brimingham is kinda tricky, but I would consider
it if I could share a car or something. I could take my car, but the train
and plane is expensive and slow IIRC.
