Is there no program for making your own virtual MIDI surfaces? Surely this would be one of
the best solutions. Easy to create a grid of the right size depending on size and
resolution of your monitor, colour buttons/rows/columns etc. Different views on different
pages/tabs if desired. Few virtual MIDI keyboard programs and it seems like an obvious
extension to that kind of thinking. Then link to the sampler of your choice...
