I won't install Adobe Flash Player anymore and usually I don't have
Chrome installed either.

Ralf, please, by all means help by fixing recordmydesktop or one of
the other tools so that I and others can record such demos using only
free-software and open codecs. Or point me at some solution that
works. I have very limited options in this regard. I have no desire to
use youtube.
