The ongoing discussion about Tangerine Dream has piqued my
interest in QMidiArp. But I don't understand how to use it.
I presume it must be wired like this (using QSynth as synth
engine):
Soundcard MIDI > QMidiArp > QSynth
But what's the next step? Is there some documentation?

Hey Leslie,
That should be all that needs doing.
The soundcard midi will send any incoming midi data to QMidiArp and then
QmidiArp will then send the arpeggiated notes to qsynth. And then from
qsynth to your soundcard, so you hear it.

Yes that's the setup, you'd then have to add a seq or arp module to it using one
of the "+" buttons, choose your MIDI channels and an arp pattern from the
combobox (if you want an arpeggiator).
The man pages are explaining most of it I hope, so "man qmidiarp" might give you
some help.
