Qtractor 0.9.8 - Yet Another Spring'19 Release

Hi all, Too hot to make any boring introduction, so let's get this straight: Qtractor 0.9.8 (spring'19) is released! The changes for this yet another seasonal release are as follows: - Plugin-lists and respective plugins state may now be exported and/or imported as XML files. - When in Drum Mode, Key and Scale are meaningless and thus functionally disabled from the MIDI clip editor (aka. piano-roll). - MIDI clip editor's View > Ghost Track menu option is now finally a reality: show any existing MIDI track and its respective clips in the background as dimmed, semi-transparent aka. ghost events. - Minor update to Debian packaging control file. - Make sure partially selected clips are reset to whole when Shift/Ctrl keyboard modifiers are in effect, to prevent extraneous clip splits or cutaways afterwards. Description: Qtractor [1] is an audio/MIDI multi-track sequencer application written in C++ with the Qt framework [2]. Target platform is Linux, where the Jack Audio Connection Kit (JACK [3]) for audio and the Advanced Linux Sound Architecture (ALSA [4]) for MIDI are the main infrastructures to evolve as a fairly-featured Linux desktop audio workstation GUI, specially dedicated to the personal home-studio. [LAD] [LAU] GxPlugins.lv2 release v0.7

Hi I like to announce a new release of GxPlugins.lv2 GxPlugins.lv2 is a set of mostly analogue guitar pedal simulations as LV2 plugins, simulated with the guitarix ampsim (DK method) toolkit. This release add GxBlueAmp GxClubDrive GxEternity GxLuna GxPlexi GxSloopyBlue and GxTimRay to the set. I hope they may be useful for the one or the other. Latest Yoshimi Version

1.5.11 Waxwing Main feature additions/improvements: The Mixer panel now presents parts with separate left and right VU meters. There is an overall mono/stereo button in the main window. If any controls in an effect are different from the listed preset, the colour of the preset background is changed to a strong blue. When an AddSynth voice or modulator is using the oscillator from a lower numbered one, on entering the waveform editor there is a warning in red at the top of the window. In the microtonal section the 'A' note frequency range has been fixed as 329Hz to 660Hz. All controls that operate only when others are in particular states are shown as inactive when not available. There is a small information window that opens instantly, and only remains visible until the main window is displayed. On a first time start there is a window overlaying the centre of the main one, prompting you to check settings via the Yoshimi drop-down menu.
