Hi there, a second time, The 'Vee One Suite' of 'old-school' software instruments, * synthv1 [1] as a polyphonic subtractive synthesizer; * samplv1 [2] a polyphonic sampler synthesizer; * drumkv1 [3] as yet another drum-kit sampler; * padthv1 [4] a polyphonic additive synthesizer. Are here released for the (northern) [i]Spring'23[/i] season... All being delivered in dual form, still: - a pure stand-alone JACK client with JACK-session [5], NSM (Non Session Management [6]) and both JACK MIDI and ALSA MIDI [7] input support; - a LV2 instrument plug-in [8]. A (not so) common change-log follows: - Added Loop End Release mode switch: whether to play over the sample loop-end point when entering note-off EG release stage. (applies to samplv1 [2] only) - Make sure the XCB interface is in use when instantiating the LV2 plugin on non-Qt hosts, allowing LV2 X11 UI embedding to work and show up properly. - Prepping into the next development cycle (with Qt >= 6.5). Yoshimi V 2.3.0

Version 2.3.0 - Painted Bunting There's been a major overhaul of the graphics for better visibility. We've added a very complete user-definable colour theme system. There is indication when any rotary control or slider is not at its default. Many controls are now high resolution yet both forward and backward compatible with older Yoshimi versions. All the documentation has been revised. QMidiArp 0.7.0 released

Hi all, The 0.7.0 release of QMidiArp now ships with new LV2 plugin UIs based on the robtk toolkit by Robin Gareus for the first time. The UIs will get installed in parallel to the original X11 UIs that were still based on Qt. The new robtk plugin UIs are independent of Qt and do not link to system-provided libraries whose API changes frequently. For building them you need some new fellows though: glu, gl, cairo, pango and pangocairo headers are now required. The cmake or configure script will tell you. Note that with the new UIs, arpgeggiator patterns cannot be edited. But, the provided presets can of course be selected in the LV2 host. If needed you can add new patterns for the LV2 Arp module manually by editing the <lv2dir>/qmidiarp_arp.lv2/qmidiarp_arp.ttl file, presets are at the end of the file. All other modules and functions should work as before. Rivendell is a full-featured radio automation system targeted for use in professional broadcast environments. It is available under the GNU General Public License version 2. Rivendell v4.x aims for full compatibility with MySQL 8.0 and earlier versions in their default installation configurations. RDAirPlay. The rdairplay(1) module has been completely overhauled, and now supports dynamic resizeability as well as a revamped level metering system. RDPanel. The rdpanel(1) module now supports dynamic resizing. RDLogManager. It is now possible to disable grid processing on a service-by-service basis, thus permitting a complete schedule to be generated by an external music scheduler. Brickworks 0.4.0 released
