BLOP is a set of LADSPA plugins - after way too long, it's up to v0.2.6

* Full RDF metadata, for use with liblrdf
* Bandlimited oscillators (no aliasing noise)

Variable slope triangle
Improved performance and quality (fixed some stupid
mistakes) over v0.2.5
4 Pole Moog-type resonant filter
