Florian Faber is the point guard on this. Not sure if he
wants to let
it out or not. It really turned out to be VERY hard to effectively
test JACK thorougly.
Everything I did is published on
wiki.linuxaudio.org:
http://wiki.linuxproaudio.org/index.php/jack_performance_measurement
http://wiki.linuxproaudio.org/index.php/jack:latency_measurement
http://wiki.linuxproaudio.org/index.php/jack:dsp_benchmark
I'm not sure anybody has ever done systematic testings of system
parametrers before. Unfortunately my measurements were invalid due to a
bug at that time in jack's buffer managment, but I welcome anybody to
resume work on that topic.
