Vee One Suite 0.7.1 - A seventh-bis beta release

Hello again, The 'Vee One Suite' aka. 'the gang of three old-school' software instruments, featuring synthv1 [1], as one polyphonic synthesizer, samplv1 [2], a polyphonic sampler and drumkv1 [3], as one drum-kit sampler, which is getting a small but pertinent bug-fix, are all making up for the so called 'Summer'15 release frenzy (extended edition;)'). All made available in dual form: - a pure stand-alone JACK [4] client with JACK-session, NSM [5] (Non Session management) and both JACK MIDI and ALSA [6] MIDI input support; - a LV2 [7] instrument plug-in. Change-log: - Fixed a recent bug/mistake that was causing a complete reset/revert of all element parameters to prior values upon loading an element sample file. (applies to drumkv1 [3] only) - Improved Qt4 vs. Qt5 configure builds (via qmake). [ANN] A website for pre-sets, soundfonts, and more

Hey everyone, this is a project I've been working on for some months now and now I think it's ready for some beta testing. https://musical-artifacts.com/ is a place to collect free 'musical artifacts', that is, pre-sets, configuration files, soundfonts, etc. make them searchable and taggable and give credit to authors. [ANN] Virtual MIDI Piano Keyboard (VMPK) 0.6.1 released

Virtual MIDI Piano Keyboard is a MIDI events generator and receiver. It doesn't produce any sound by itself, but can be used to drive a MIDI synthesizer (either hardware or software, internal or external). You can use the computer's keyboard to play MIDI notes, and also the mouse. You can use the Virtual MIDI Piano Keyboard to display the played MIDI notes from another instrument or MIDI file player. The precompiled packages include the GeneralUser GS SoundFont by S.Christian Collins (http://www.schristiancollins.com/generaluser.php) ready to use with the FluidSynth output driver (also included in these packages, providing beautiful sounds out of the box). [ANN] Drumstick libraries 1.0.1 released

Drumstick is a set of MIDI libraries using C++/Qt5 idioms and style. Includes a C++ wrapper around the ALSA library sequencer interface: ALSA sequencer provides software support for MIDI technology on Linux. A complementary library provides classes for processing SMF (Standard MIDI files: .MID/.KAR), Cakewalk (.WRK), and Overture (.OVE) file formats. A multiplatform realtime MIDI I/O library is also provided with ALSA, OSS, Windows, Mac OSX, Network and FluidSynth direct output backends. Guitarix 0.33.0 release

Release 0.33.0 is out, Guitarix is a tube amplifier simulation for jack (Linux), with an additional mono and a stereo effect rack. Guitarix includes a large list of plugins[*] and support LADSPA / LV2 plugs as well.
