[LAA] Qtractor 0.9.19 - QStuff* Winter'20 Release batch #3

Season greetings, a third and last time, Qtractor 0.9.19 (winter'20) is released! Change-log: - Session directory auto-name option added to the session properties dialog, as convenience. - Loading and saving a LV2 plugin's state has been vastly improved. IMPORTANT CAVEAT: From this moment onwards, when loading any newer saved sessions into older versions of the program, all LV2 plugins won't get their state restored correctly. - Track colors saturation introduced as yet another eye-candy option (cf. View/Options.../Display/Track color saturation) - Fixed VST3 number of channels query/report. - Fixed immediate crash when loading untitled or unnamed Instrument Definitions files (*.ins): base file-name is now taken as default instrument definition name or title. - Tempo (BPM) entry may now be specified with arbitrary precision, to at most 3 decimal positions in fractional part, while integer whole values are displayed with no decimal point. - Added option to keep MIDI clip editor windows (aka. piano-roll) always on top of the main window (cf. View/Options.../General/Keep editor windows always on top). - MIDI clip editor status-bar labels are not stretched to whole text size anymore, most specially for the current file complete path. This improved beside the overall sound, the dynamic responses of the different tube simulations. Once more, the 'Vee One Suite' of so called 'old-school' software instruments, synthv1 [1] as a polyphonic subtractive synthesizer, samplv1 [2] a polyphonic sampler synthesizer, drumkv1 [3] as yet another drum-kit sampler and padthv1 [4] as a polyphonic additive synthesizer, are here released for the (Northern) Winter'20 season... [LAA] Initial Release: Laborejo 2.0.0

Ladies and Gentlemen, exactly seven years after the first code (2013-12-18) the Laborejo Software Suite releases the initial version of it's main program: Laborejo in Version 2.0.0 (1.0 was a prototype). While far from being a stable, optimized or polished program it is time to finally release a build into the public. Marketing Text: Laborejo (Esperanto: Workshop) is a MIDI sequencer based on classical music notation. Its main purpose is to compose and produce "traditional" music, such as instrumental pieces, soundtracks and other music normally played back by samplers. Unlike other notation editors Laborejo is not meant primarily to print out sheets of notation but to create music for your computer: You get all the tools you know from other midi sequencers for maximum fine control to get exactly the music you want! [LAA] PianoBooster is back! V1.0.0 is released and a new website.

Hello Everyone, PianoBooster is back! It has been a very long time since there has been an announcement about PianoBooster posted to this list and there have been lots of changes. First there is a brand new website see https://www.pianobooster.org/ and the official source code has just moved to a new GitHub repo. See https://github.com/pianobooster/PianoBooster so please update your URLs to point to this new website and repo. Piano Booster is an Open Source program that helps with playing the piano and learning to sight read music. It's key feature is that it listens and follows what you are playing on the piano and waits for you to find and play the right notes. It helps you with this by giving you audio feedback. So if you play a wrong note then that note will have the Harpsichord sound but the right notes will have the Piano sound. The new features in this release is a built-in FluidSynth sound generator which makes it much easier to use. Rivendell is a full-featured radio automation system targeted for use in professional broadcast environments. It is available under the GNU General Public License version 2. All feed elements, including XML elements, are now statically served rather than dynamically generated. RDLogManager. Added control to specify explicitly how Start Times/Lengths are derived for Inline Events (traffic, markers and voice tracks). Dropboxes. Added the ability to generate e-mail reports for each attempted file import. GVC7000 Switcher Driver. Modified the 'GVC7000 Protocol' switcher driver to better handle stacked commands. WebGet. Modified the WebGet service to offer audio profiles when exporting audio rather than having the user set individual export parameters. Added the ability to upload audio files into specified Rivendell groups. Audio Library. Deprecated the ability to enforce unique cart titles. Various bugfixes. See 'ChangeLog' for details.
