Changes include: * fix AUBIO_MEMSET, thanks karsten wiese * do not call pthread_ in aubio_midi_direct_output, thanks karsten wiese * move help-aubio*.pd aubio*-help.pd, thanks Frank Barknecht * aubiocut: fix output of -b, use os.path for filename generation * update default cflags, use ${top,build}_dir in configure.ac * fix various signed/unsigned mismatches See the changelog for the details of these changes.
