Hi
I'm trying to build kmidimon under arch linux, but fail. It seems I'm
missing something kde, but which package should I install (and more
importantly; how could I have figured it out my self)?
[atte@vestbjerg kmidimon-0.7.1]$ cmake .

A while ago someone sent me a patch that would ease a post-pro workflow with
Ardour (and possibly xjadeo). Could you please raise your hand? Or if it's
public already, I'd like to have the URL :)
I just can't seem to find it in my inbox anymore.

Hi all,
I am running jack 0.116 and ardour 2.7.1 on a 64-bit fedora 10 based
planetccrma machine. I am using energy-xt to host VST plugins and I have
to use jackbridge because of the 64-bit jack. I am seeing large
latencies when running effects loops through the VST setup. For example,
I will typically have a buss in ardour with an insert using a VST reverb
plugin hosted by energy-XT. The return audio is audibly late (sounds
like by more than 20 msec). Obviously the
wineasio/jackbridge/energy-xt/vst effect loop is not reporting its
latency back to Ardour.
Any suggestions for handling this? Any idea where the latency is?
Thanks!

Hello!
I'm having a bit of a worry over an istallation: I have a computer with a
windows on the first partition, unfortuintely it must remain there. Then on
the space behind it I want to install my Linux. How should I go about
bootloaders?
I could install grub in the MBR right up front, but then I should take care
of win's bootloader, in any case win is known to simply overwrite another
bootloader, if it feels like updating. Wouldn't really want to risk it. Is
there a way to put grub at the start of the Linux partition and make it known
to win, tat there's another bootloader sitting there, waiting to be started?
Kindest regards and THANKS!
Julien

I'm running Calf plugins in Ardour and i've noticed they all have 2 I/O. Is
there any way to have some of them (compressor for example) working with
just 1 I/O?Thanks

Hi everyone!
This is the first verse of my debut song Live Creator. It will be the
first in a long series to be released on my site as CC attribution.

Suggested comments: Does it groove? Are there any errors or
imperfections that irritate you? Do you like it? Does the mix sound
different from what you are used to on your audio system? Does positive
emotion come across?
Thank you so much in advance for your help!

Danni, I think you better do 'reply to all'...
Such a midi controller, can I also use it when using my electric guitar? It
just makes fweeling start and stop right?
what is the difference between fweelin and sooperlooper?

Hmmmm, I can see where this is going, I might be better off letting people dial
in any value rather than giving them a few to choose from? somewhere someone
could be using anything...

I bought a dance pad. I'll experiment with it..
Mmh I can't get stepmania to work on Debian testing or Ubuntu
StepMania-3.9$ ./stepmania
